Volumetric pumps are suitable for transferring
viscous, abrasive, shear-sensitive liquids or where a
constant flow rate is required. They are used in the
chemical, food, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, and water treatment sectors.
- Internal gear pumps – Series V: for oils, resins, bitumen, and viscous liquids, even with abrasive particles. Also available in AISI 316 for food, chemical, and pharmaceutical applications.
- Magnetic drive pumps – Series V SAXMAG: for acids, bases, solvents, and hazardous fluids. The magnetic coupling eliminates the dynamic seal and reduces the risk of leaks.
- External gear pumps – Series G: suitable for clean liquids, lubricants, and process fluids with variable viscosity, with stable and controlled flow rate.
- Self-priming diaphragm pumps – Series LB: for sludges, dense liquids, and fluids with abrasives or suspended solids.
- Progressive cavity pumps – Series Vulcan: for very viscous, fibrous products or with high percentages of solids, with flow rate proportional to the rotation speed.
